We are seeking a private-label supplier for soups in retail packaging (cans/tin and sachets in a carton box)

Key requirements and expectations:

- Product list, split per SKU, and benchmarks are in the attached file. Initial focus on the required lines, but we are looking for a long-term partners as our roadmap expands through 2027–2029. Launch timeframe is Q2/Q3 2027. We are seeking for competitive pricing - this would be UK market specific for these recipes. 

- Supplier profile: Experienced partner who can advise on market demand drivers and suggest high-performing, fast-selling lines.

- Supplying all lines is not mandatory. We can adjust the forecast to accommodate a higher MOQ, within reason.

Commercial and logistics terms:

- Pricing: DDP, including delivery to 3–5 warehouse facilities in the UK.

- MOQ: Purchase orders equivalent to 6–8 weeks of cover, allowing flexibility to reorder if demand exceeds supply during ramp-up.
