We are seeking a reputable private-label supplier for dry cooking ingredients (sugar, flour, cornstarch, breadcrumbs, others)

Key requirements and expectations:

- Product list, split per SKU, and benchmarks are in the attached file. Initial focus on the required lines, but we are looking for a long-term partner as our roadmap expands through 2027–2029. Launch timeframe is Q2/Q3 2027

- Supplier profile: Experienced partner who can advise on market demand drivers and suggest high-performing, fast-selling lines.

- Supplying all lines is not mandatory. We can adjust the forecast to accommodate a higher MOQ, within reason.

Commercial and logistics terms:

- Pricing: DDP, including delivery to 3–5 warehouse facilities per market.

- MOQ: Purchase orders equivalent to 6–8 weeks of cover, allowing flexibility to reorder if demand exceeds supply during ramp-up.
