We are seeking innovative high-protein, clean label food solutions inspired by concepts such as Egglife, adapted to the European market.

The focus is on products that can act as alternatives to traditional carbohydrate-based staples (e.g. wraps, tortillas, flatbreads), using either egg-based or plant-based protein sources.

Key requirements:

• Very high protein content (ideally protein-forward or predominantly protein-based).
• Extremely clean label, with simple, recognizable ingredients.
• Low in carbohydrates, supporting lighter and more balanced eating habits.
• Strong nutritional positioning (e.g. satiety, weight management, active lifestyles).

Product characteristics:

• Flexible formats that can replace traditional staples (e.g. foldable wraps, thin breads).
• Neutral or adaptable taste profile to enable multiple use occasions (sweet and savory).
• Convenient, ready-to-eat or easy-to-use.

We are open to:

• Egg-based, dairy-based, or plant-based protein solutions.
• Different formats (wraps, flatbreads, snackable formats, etc.).
• Both mainstream and more targeted positioning (e.g. high-protein, low-carb, plant-based).

For pilot purposes, we would require approximately 5000 units per product for a 6-month trial period (quantity can be adjusted).
