Large GB retailer looking for suppliers with all private label capabilities in the chilled desserts category including Cheesecakes, Trifles, Intricate Handmade Desserts, Large Sharing Desserts, Pies and other common products across the GB market. This also includes new innovation and 'showstopper' quality items e.g. Easter or Christmas dinner centrepieces. Note that volumes vary between product types. Seasonal volumes would be circa 30k units as a one off. Yearly product volumes could be 800k+.

For shelf life, we are looking at minimum 7 days into supplier warehouse. 

Ingredient origin is often important, especially on top tier products. For example we would look for things like Belgian Chocolate, British Cream or other named ingredients such as Madagascan Vanilla, Morello Cherry, Sicilian Lemon etc. 

Standard chocolate should always be RFA.
