We are looking for a supply-chain partner to develop a clean vegan & vegetarian range. The initial scoping will be for frozen ready meals but we are also interested in clean meat substitutes. The USP of this range is that there should be minimal (ideally zero) preservatives/additives/processed ingredients. The annual volume requirements are unclear at this time but there is growing demand for clean vegan & vegetarian product in the Irish market & we are keen to understand what range is available.
