We are looking for a supply-chain partner to develop a frozen organic meat range. The initial scoping will be for poultry & red meat of EU origin only (or UK, as long as it meets requirements for export into Irish market). The annual volume requirements are unclear at this time but there is growing demand for organic product in the Irish market & we are keen to understand what tonnage of protein is available. Certification for origin of organic protein must be available & the interested supplier must have all necessary certification to trade in the EU/Ireland.
