Description
* Canned tuna skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) mainly retail sizes between 80-185g per can but also food service in cans around 1 700g and pouches 3 000g.
* Both tuna in brine and tuna in sunflower oil. Only MSC certified raw material.
* The tender includes flake quality, chunk quality and solid quality.
* If production is in a risk country according to BSCI the supplier and the supply chain need to be certified by third parties like BSCI, Sedex or SA8000. Factory need to be certified by BRC, IFS or similar for quality standards.
